When do I receive my order?
We always aim for the shortest delivery time possible. 🏎️💨
Delivery:
🇧🇪 Belgium: 1-2 business days (next day delivery if ordered on weekdays before 3 PM)
🇳🇱 The Netherlands: 3-5 business days
🇫🇷 France: 3-5 business days
🌍 Other destinations: the delivery time depends on your exact location. Contact us for more information.
If you order before 3 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped on the same day.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped Monday morning.

Can I track my order?
When your order is ready to be sent, you can track the status of your order with the tracking code and link in the email sent by Bpost.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
At archibald, we buy our items from small artists and local businesses. Our products are often unique, handcrafted and limited. Therefore, our stock is not unlimited either.
However, if an item you really love is out of stock and we haven't made the announcement it will be back in stock soon, you can send us a message - and we'll see what we can do for you. ⭐️
Are all archibald items handmade?
Almost all of our items are handmade by artists from Belgium, Portugal, Germany and even Australia. This is also the reason why we have limited stock and restocking might take some time.

Do you ship to my country?
Archibald ships within Europe to Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark and Sweden.
We also ship to the U.K. and U.S. Please not that any custom duties are for the customer. 🤍

How much is the shipping fee?
No matter how much we want to offer it to our customers, as a small business, it's impossible to provide free shipping on all items. Therefore, we apply a small shipping to our orders.
We provide free shipping on orders above €75 (for Belgium and The Netherlands). For other European countries, free shipping starts from €100.
For the exact shipping fee, please fill in your address at checkout or contact us.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes! We ship to the U.K. and U.S. There's a minimum spend of €40 and a shipping fee will be applied.

What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order. If, for some reason, your order is not as expected or there's something wrong with it, we would like to ask you to contact us first. Let us know what the issue is and we will do everything to solve it immediately.
As a small business, we kindly request you to consider your purchases thoughtfully. Please be aware that our return process is not automated and involves a significant administrative work.
Changing your mind is always possible, but we are unable to cover the shipping costs for returns unless the product is faulty.
